Hey! this message is for everyone, If you want to lose weight the fastest way possible here's some tips:Try jogging. I saw something on t.v that said if you jog you lose more weight than if you walk or run. try to eat less. I know that might be hard it is for me anyway. Don't try starving your self though just eat till your satisfied not till your really full. do easy exersises for a while just to get you started then once you are starting to build up or think your ready start do harder ones.Drink lots of water to fill you up intead of food. try these tips and see if they work I am sure the will.
