Message Replying To From CS, Age 13 ok the grapefruit is when eat:Breakfast is 1/2 a grapefruit or 8oz of grapefruit juice and 2 eggs,Lunch is 1/2 a grapefruit or 8oz of grapefruit juice and any salad with SOME meat, and Dinner is same as lunch. NO suger or fat except some yogurt or a low fat ice pop. for a snack always have fruit no suger or fat. |
