Message Replying To From Bella, Age 12 Ht. 5'1", Start: 148 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey~ Well, I really wanna lose 23 pounds. I began to eat less than normal. I'm also exercising a lot more. When summer starts, I will be going to a gym in the mornings(I'm taking aerobics and weight-lifting.)This takes about 2 hours. I hope to reach 125 pounds by September. If anyone has any advice, please let me know. THANKS~~! |
