Message Replying To From Meagan, Age 13 Ht. 5'2", Start: 139 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I know how to lose weight there is "good" carbs and "bad" carbs good carbs are -fruits ( xtra good with skin) -vegies ( xtra good with skin) -beans (black is better then pinto but all beans are good) -legumes -nuts -seeds -Whole grain bread- best with 3 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein -whole grain cereal-best with 3 grams of fiber, protein and less then 30 total carbs( xample if u have a serving of something that is 35 total carbs and has 6 grams of fibers then subtract 6 from 35 which gives you 29 which makes it good to eat -Whole grain pasta( you cant even tell the diff from normal pasta) -some dairy products - whole grain flour if your making dough or something also drink tons and tons of water and nothin else xcept unsweetened tea xcercise soon we will alll lose weight--meAgaN |
