Ht. 5'1", Start: 160 lb, Today: 153 lb, Goal: 100 lb - OMG I lost 8 pounds! I am so proud of myself ! I feel so much better , but i still have a really long way to go . First of all you really need motivation like a family member or a friend . Than you definitely have to work for it ! I ran 1 mile for 3 days and 1mile and 1/2 on the 4 other days . Now I'm up to 2 miles everyday . I also use Jillen Michals 30 day shred , and Banish Fat ,Boost Metabolism . I also cut out junk food and sweets. Hope This Helps! reply <3 Nicole
