ahhhhh... im freaking lazy! i need to start getting active.. im going to exersise more and start going for walk/jogs/bike rides wit my friends and exersising more wit them and stuff.. my mom bought some banana's so for breakfast i will eat one, and lunch i will eat salads and apples or oranges and stuff like that.. and i will try to exersise by walkin from my bus stop home rideing my bike walk/jog jumping on my trampoline and crunchies and sits ups ect... im trying to loose the weight in my arms push ups will help those i hope, any ideas to loose weight in the arms? im trying to loose the fat in my arms and theighs and stomach it looks really bad im about 160 - 165 and 5ft ot 5'1 im going to work really hard im going to try and get to 100 lbs by july or augest or somewhere around there im going to work very hard and make sure i stick to this i will post if i loose or gain to keep up.. im going to make like a weight loss binder for recipes tips and stuff.. kinda dumb but oh well hope it works, anyways good luck people!! wish me luck ill need it.
