I have a few suggestions on how to loose weight. One is every night before you go to bed do sit ups while u are watching tv. And I see that most of you LOOOVE icecream. Same here i have it atleast twice a day,unfortunetly i can not have any at the moment because i gave it up for lent. But some nights I just get in the mood for a good old fashion work out so I either go out and shoot some hoops and then come in and do some sit up and push up and so forth. One thing to try is tyboo( if that is how you spell it). My mom used to use it and sometimes i would join in to. It really makes you feel good afterwards. Everytiem you are jogging or doing a lot of situps and the burn is starting to kick in, just think...its for a good cause lol! Thanks for listening to me! Sheridan
