Agood diet would be that if u eat no sugar foods for a good month or so I mean no sugar salads fruits vegetables and anything underneith 45 chybohyrates and for snacks anything under 25 cabohydrates my mom is on this and lost 40 pounds in 2 months or somethin like that and if u want sugar use splenda if u have any questions E mail me at puppygirl9321@hotmail.com |
