By the way for everyone that dosnt know this is the greapefruit diet :- Breakfast:- Half a grapefruit OR 8oz unsweetend grapefruit juice 2 eggs any style 2 slices of bacon Lunch:- Half a grapefruit OR 8oz unsweetend grapefruit juice Salad with any dressing Any meat cooked in any style Dinner:- Half a grapefruit OR 8oz unsweetend grapefruit juice Salad with any dressing any meat cooked any style OR a green/red vegtable grilled **Stay on the diet for 12 days, rest for 2 days, then go back on for 12 days, rest for 2 and keep it up for 2 1/2 months and by then you shud have lost 52lbs**
