im 12 about 4'11 or 5ft i weigh 141 pounds i really want to lose about 30 pounds because i wanna weigh up to 110-120 i eat less like only fruits and veggies but i just started today im gonna try to go for a walk everyday with my dog and do more excersises does anyone have any tips i wanna reach my goal by july please help me i really want to feel more confident and comfirtable on how i dress and look.thanks.
