Message Replying To From Montana, Age 13 ok here is what i ate today i think i did bad, i ate one donut for breakfast wit a small cup of apple juice and for lunch i had a peice of pizza and an apple. for dinner. and after school i had a packet of top ramen and for dinner i had 2 polish sosages and another apple. i think i did really bad wit the food... :( but anywayz i was jumping on the trampoline for a half hour and i walked home from the bus stop not long walk tho and i ran back and forth around my house today.. i think i did really bad but what do u guyz think? and my mom just bought apples today so i will eat a apple for breakfast and try and eat healthier at lunch and dinner. anywayz im 5ft 162 my goal is to be 125 |
