lallalalla. well... imma weigh myself tomorrow morning to see if i gained/lost any weight i doubt it though. i have actulley been doing crunches and pushups in the mornin and at night ! lol i didnt think i would do that well today what i did for exercise was jumped on the trampoline in the whole day bout an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours and i ran around the yard 15 mins or so and i went for a long walk. running around and walking around. I plan to do more lol and eat healthier i wont mention what i ate today... bad crap junk food etc.. - montana
