Hey guys. ive been jumping on the tramp a whole lot b/c its up.i have been loosing wieght. like 5-7 dayz ago i was 142.0 and now im 135.2. i think thats preety good.i havent been eating well, but instead of grabbing a pudding for a snack i grab an apple. I am also med. boned so im wondering if that weights healy or not. can u guys give me sum GOOD tips on loosing wieght
