Hello everyone, I have been dieting and exercising since january and have seen the biggest results i have sheded 73 pounds i started at 195 and 5'2. I really had to work hard i would do 500 crunches a day and run 45 min, and lift weights 15 min. and eat 1200 calories a day. it has been very hard but you dont know how happy i am i am now 122 i am praying to get down to 120 and as they say you can claim it done since god never fails..
