Hi. OK well Im just wondering how i did today..i probably could have done better though...for breakfast, i had a muffin bar. Then for lunch i had half a snack bag of sun chips, about 1 tbls of cottage cheese and a couple of slices of peaches on health nut toast, water, and a few strawberries. Then for snack, i had a slim fast snack bar (130 cals and alot of vitimans) and a small bowl of apple crisp (probably about 1/2 a cup to a cup). Then I ran a mile (i was supposed to do 2, but i'll make up for it by running 1 mile on saturday which is my rest day). For dinner, i had a small plate of spegetti with a VERY healthy vegetarian sauce. It has alot of tomatoes and vegetables in it. I also had some asparagus (YUM!). In between the meals I had alot of water. Also, I was wondering if this sounds like a good breakfast meal. I should sort of taste like ice cream. (I made this recepie up) First I took one banana and cut it into pieces. Then i put it in a plastic cup and mashed the pieces with a fork. Then i put in about a tbls of fat free plain yogurt and mixed it up. Then i added a little bit of lemon juice so that the banana doesn't turn all brown. Last, I cut up one strawberry into little pieces and added that. I'm going to freeze this and have it for breakfast or a snack tomorrow. What do you think? I'll tell you how it tastes frozen tomorrow (it tastes really good not frozen...it has a really sweet taste so it will ease my cravings). Plez reply and tell me how i did today!
