I have some tips that might help- drink a glass of water before eating anything, if that's too hard just do it before eationg any snacks. also, excercise at least 60 minutes a day if you wanna lose wieght. try and cut out everything that is unhealthy. have fruit with a little fat free chocolate sauce drizzled on top or a fruit smoothe(peach and banana, vanilla yogurt with some kida of fruit, or chocolate banana) for desert.
