OK, hey everybody. I'm 12, 5'3, and wiegh 140 lb. I really need help...I have a great routine: I am only eating dinner and I'm jogging around my block and doing 5 minutes of wieght-lifters in the morning and night. But sometimes I just cant help myself. It's so easy to skip meals...but not snacks. If any one has a faster wieght-loss solution, mail me at fire_rocks_12@yahoo.com or reply.
