i only need to lose 10 more pounds and and i excerxing soo much and i can't do it anymore and i was wondering if anyone of you know anything of my diet that i could change that would put me down and lose this weight because i really need to because this guy i really like doesn't knotice me as much as when i gained the weight and we are really good friends but i want to lose this weight and not lose him
