Message Replying To From kylee, Age 12 ok all im starting my diet to day and im currently at 165lbs so im hoping to get back down to atleast around 125-130lbs any suggestions that would help im just gonna start eating healthy and excersing and hopeful it gets me somewhere so does anyone think that if i eat like salads and veggies (carrots , apples, brocoli etc) and dont snack on junk foods and eat right and for dinner have meat and veggies . how much do u think i could lose by september ? thanks kylee |
