Message Replying To From Josie, Age 12 some HELP!!! ok, im 4' 10.5" and i weigh about 120, ALL the fat goes to my thighs and my belly. im a vegiterian so there isnt much to eat here thats healthy. my parents bought some fruit but its going bad already!! does anyone have some healthy foods and some good exercises? i dance alot so that helps but i need more than that...someone give me some tips im very self conscious..thnx much love and tata, Josie |
