Hey guys! OK, I have two questions and one tip: Is it better to eat three meals a day or 5 small ones? Is it better to have cereal or you know, bacon and eggs? The tip: I was 150 a long time ago and all I did was stop snacking at night (I was like eating a corn dog every night man) and I lost 15 lb.! Then I started snacking a little and gained 5 lb. So the best of luck to everyone! -Zade
