Hi, I am 5"7 or so and weigh 190 with my cloths on. I really want to loose weight by the end of July and need some ideas and motivation. Should I drink water a lot and have Slim-Fast for lunch. I am swimming 2 times a week with my aunt and I am mowing my grandma's and her neighbors lawns. Do you guys think I will be able to loose at least enough weight to loose my stomach flab and malebreasts? Please give me any dieting ideas! I am looking forward to a slimmer summer vaction. THANKS! A! LOT!
