OKAY...WELL FIRST OF ALL...EAT FRUIT AND VEGIES FOR LIL SNAX AND FOR LIL FOODS EAT SALADS AND AND ONLY USE ONE DAY TO EAT JUNK FOOD BUT ONLY VERY LITTLE.ALSO WHILE EATING DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND TELL YOURSELF YOUR ALREADY FOOL AND YOU WILL BE!AND DRINKING ALOT OF WATER WILL GET YOU FOOL.MOST OF THE TIME WHEN YOU THINK YOUR HUNGRY YOUR JUST THIRSTY.TRY IT!ILL TELL U EXERCISES NEXT TIME
