im new here...i want to lose weight..i can;t tho...i try really hard but i can't. i don't eat junkfood more than once a day..i run for 20 minutes every day. but it seems like i feel good then i overkill on the junkfood..see im 207 pounds, and i promise myslef a small helping of junkfood but i go overboard, i' gained instead of lost...i was 226 last month, i gained 8 pounds its gross...please help me out
