I got some advice for aanyone. If you want to easily lose weight and have fun, do what i do. Im 12 and 140 pounds, during the school year i would use my free time after school sitting around and eating junk food. Ever scince the school year ended ive gotten bored real easy. So i went outside and played with some of my freinds, instead of eating junk food and sitting around, ive already lost 5 pounds {i used to be 145} and probably would have lost more if i had started playing earlier. So if you want to have fun and lose weight, try playing instead of eating junk food.Also if your friends cant come out to play or you dont have any, make up your own game to play by yourself, or if you need to stay inside, try to resist junk food and try to stay active with exercising.
