Ht. 5'3, Wt. n/a - Okay so heres the deal. Im 12 and 5'3. I really feel that people could help me. Whenever i exercize i do it for that day then i never feel liek doing it again. I dance,cheer,and tumble. What more or exercizes are those? Well i would really like to lose some weight it would help me aton in dance because i could do higher leaps and do more in tumbling i could get my body over faster and better and in cheerleading i could do higher jumps. I really like to ride my bike but when i do i go to steak and shake and eat then i ride home but i cant ride that far because of too many busy rodes i can ride 4 miles round trip. I would liek to soon start riding a couple miles a day and put it at the hardest. I have huge thighs and im starting to get fat on my stomache yeah i no crunches but yeah well i hate running so thats a deffo not i just want to have skinnier thighs ohh and cheeks ne advice??
