Ht. 5''6, Wt. 188 - hi ppls!! I really want 2 lose weight. I got a wedding to go 2 on september 24 and i want 2 lose as much as i can. I have been doing exercise this whole week. like the first day I did I went to 184 then 182 then the next day I weighted 184 again cause I ate breakfast. I don't eat after 6, my mom says that will make me get like more lbs. so i ate then i exercised. before that I went back to 187. next day 184. today I woke up and I weighted 188. I don't know what to do!!!! If u can give me advice re-post,Please.
