Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - Hey people im starting a 1,200 calories or less diet which is awsome becuz we kids/teens need to eat atleast 1800 or more calories a day and im doing excersize in my gazelle 40 mins a day today and tomrrow may be a hour and im also doing jumping jacks and sit ups so far i lose 2 pounds! =D ill keep u updated.
