Ht. 5'3, Wt. 160 - Hey Girls and Guys! What's Up? I was wondering, if any of you had exercizes, tips, advice, diets, or motivations, please let me know... Im trying to get over my habit or eating when I'm bored, and I'm trying really hard to break my habit of being a couch potato and sitting on the couch watching tv all day long... and I was wondering...does anybody know any way to make yourself go to sleep? because i really need to go to sleep earlier at night, and I have trouble falling asleep...anything would be apprecitated!!!!!!
