Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 151 - hi. i know i'm not a "pre teen" but on the teen message board somebody told us about a site where you could keep track of your weights, and goals, and all the foods and exersizes you did that day. it even tells you how many calories you burned and need to burn. its called www.fitday.com and i recommend it to anyone! you have to register but it's totally free. good luck with all of you :)
