Message Replying To From jocelyn, Age 12 if you are over weight you should try excercising and eating the right amount of food. it is very important for you to eat breakfast because if you don't your lunch and dinner will be 2 times as fatting. ALWAYS DRINK WATER (ABOUT 6-8 GLASSES A DAY.) |
