Message Replying To From melanie, Age 12 Ht. 5.2, Wt. 130 - for some reason i didnt lose any weight this week. i try to lose weight a healthy way this is what i do i eat a bowl of cerial for breakfast i eat school lunch and i always cut my desserts in half. i eat dinner at 4;30 and dont eat after 5 and drink tons of water.and have 2 hours of excersize. am i doing something wrong? and how much wight do u think i should lose. |
