Message Replying To From Sk8ergirl11, Age 12 Ht. a bit over 5 ft, Wt. 112 - If you don't REALLY want to change your eating habits, try something like I had for lunch today: 1) Cook 2 Pogos in the microwave. After you take them out, use some paper towel to soak the grease out of them and off the plate. Them eat them with little or no ketchup because ketchip is FULL of sugar! If you use a different condiment with them, use less or none of it. How about adding a glass of 100% pure fruit juice or skim milk? How about some carrot sticks or cooked broccolli with melted cheese whiz!? For desert, how about a fat free or sugar free granola bar? All you have to do is think and experiment! If you enjoy odd delicassies, try something like this (I made it up in my head): 2) After cooking and decreasing some pogos, slice them up and put them in a salad!?! Add some healthy dressing and vegetable slices! Or some leftover pre-cooked meat! Experiment! Also you have 2 excersise! Try making a daily chart to record all the excersise you get and your weight!
