Message Replying To From diana, Age 12 Ht. 5'2 1/2, Wt. 160 - : Today i ate 1/2 cup of cereal (corn Flakes no sugar) for lunch i ate 1 turkey sandwich no mayo just turkey with peaches sliced, and a apple. for dinner i ate a cup of white rice with fried chicken (my bad i ate one tiegh =( then i ate lettuce with tomtato together in a plate and now i ate half a sandwich with chesse and ketchup (litttle light butter). Did i eat healthy today? I really want to lose 20 pounds my first accomplish plz reply back! |
