well im going to start working really really hard at this im 5ft 158 still im going to start being less lazy i really want to loose this weight i want to get down to 120 lbs but then if i decide i might go down for 100 lbs either way i want to loose this weight really bad im going to come home from school do my homework then go for a bike ride/walk/jog exersise outside go on the gazelle for 30 mins to an hour a day and i might go on another diet but im not sure yet...i plan to eat healthier and me and my friend are going to start going for a bike ride like we used to in the morning then after noon and sometimes durning the day so i will be rideing my bike more and exersiseing more so i hope this will help and i want to loose as much weight as i can b4 march 4th my b-day so when i see my best friend that i havent seen for 3 years i can look better. so i need tips exersises sites anything that will help by the way i already been to toneteen.com its a great site i like it alot so please tips sites anything thanks a lot and good luck everybody! :)
