Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - Hey people im not dieting but im eating healthier and being more active because i dont think losing weight has to be stressing out!You should be having fun! lol i did a workout routine:60 jumpingjacks or more,15 sit ups or more, and doing stretching and my food routine is to eat 4 times a day,drink only milk/water,no fatty foods and no eating after 7:30 pm. First im making it easy for me then i will challenge myself later on.I just wanted to ask a question is Diet pepsi really bad for you? I want to know because i drink alot(few times) Thinking its healthy since it says no calories,no sugar,and no caffine i think. Plz reply if you know anything about diet sodas!
