Ht. 5'3, Wt. 150 - hey everyone1well today i went to wallmart and baught a workout video it says do it 3 times a week but do u think if i do it everyday one time and eat healthy foods i could loose 30 pounds by april!i think i might add a walk around my trailer park 3 times a week to!lyk walk 6 times around it with brobley = haalf of a mile to one fourth!also can anyone one give me tips for food wut about school lunch should i eat it!people say they dont cook healthy!well pretty plez help!thanks zlot if u answer me
