Ht. 5'31/2'', Wt. 178 - Hi~ I have tried many many times to lose weight. I have tried starving myself, going on a ridiculously small portioned diet, tried cutting out sweets, but nothing works! I can never cut out sweets, because I forget I am dieting, so I totally pig out!! Also, I really hate exercising! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!! Please give me tips on what foods that i should eat (that are filling so I dont pig out)or what exercises I should do!
