If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Amanda, Age 10 Hi i'm Amanda s. i'm 10 years old 5'3" and weigh 179 pounds. I am very active in sports. I play basketball and start soccer on saturday and will play softball in April. I do not watch much t.v. and I only spend about an hour on computer.I am mostly playing out side or I ride my bike,shoot hoops with my dad,or jump on the trampoline.I have asthma,heart problems and have to take salt pills and eat extra salt,because my body does not make enough.My first appointment with the dietician is soon.I do not eat fastfood,sweets,or fried foods often.Does anyone have any ideas that might help me shed a few pounds?If anyone would like to be penpals you can e-mail me at:tdriver@cablelynx.com |
