Ht. 5'0", Wt. 177 - basicly you need to burn more calories then you injest like eat and apple for a snack and stuff instead of watching tv go run ohn the tredmil or ride your bike or here something new PLAY we're kids we play! sure its starting to snow and stuff but ya like just do yoga witch frustrates quite a bit because like i cant stand/sit still for more than 5 secondsplay tag and when you get hungry in the middle of meals just PLAY fun excersize we shouldnt be getting more than 2000 cals but we should proubly be getting less and dont forget about fat and other things... ya i just thought of something ya like you know america is over weight well we're america's future and if we get into shape then most likely our children will be fit and in shape and we wont have to worry about heart diease and crap because we're al fricken fit ok well im going to go run... litterally lol i have to get ready for indoor soccer hahaha ive played soccer for 6 seasons lol wel bye im proubly quite annoying
