If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Jennifer*, Age 13 Ht. 5"0, Wt. at school now! - I am actually 14 but they wont let me do that here...EAZEE BREZEE: eat w/e for breakfast, carry/drink water all day, w/e for lunch {try to avoid pastas}, then after school you walk the track, half mile or mile, then eat dinner, do not eat past six unless you feel like puke, when dinner is done walk a lap around the neighborhood! If you do not live somewhere like that just dance! See with this diet you dont have to cut out any foods {except pasta}! |
