Ht. 5 3", Wt. 130 - ok so what i think you need to lose weight (and this has worked on me b4, i just regained the weight) is have 3 square meals a day, not too small, normal size. exersize bout 5 times a week for half hour to an hour, and drink lots of water (but im still working on that part) and wait 1-2 months. you should lose a good amount! how do i kno? i did this a year ago and it worked but then i went back to my regular sched. and so i regained the weight. hope i helped! o ya and NO POP OR SWEETS! its hard to give up but just picture a new, skinny u!
