Ht. 5 7", Wt. prefer not to say - Whenever i feel bored i eat. I don't eat healthy foods either, i just grab a easy snack like chips, ice cream, or a soda. All of those things have lots of calories and fats. So i want to stop eating these things loose weight and be healthy. In a easy way and not a dangerous way. So if you have any tips or diet plans (healthy) to help me loose weight i want to know!!! thanks!
