Ht. 5'2", Wt. 153 - Hey guys, you know how people go on low-carb diets? Well, you need them to survive. Here are some complex carbs (the kind that's better for you) you can eat all of the time if you are dieting... asparagus, broccoli, cabbage or chinese cabbage, carrots, califlower, celery, chicory, collard greens, cucumber, eggplant, endive, escarole, frozen mixed veggies, green or yellow beans, kale, leeks, lettuce, mushrooms, okra, onions, parsnips, red or green peppers, radishes, rutabegas, shallots, spinach, sprouts, summer or zucchini squash, tomatoes, turnips, and 6 oz. V8 juice. (a serving is about half a cup or one cup of it raw) These are supposed to keep you fuller, longer. Hope this helps!
