I really suggest you get the MissFit workout dvd kit (missfitvideo.com) because it has yoga, hip-hop dance, and cardio kickboxing. (which I just finished) Hip-hop focuses on hips and thighs while yoga focuses on arms, legs, and abs. The cardio kickboxing focuses on hips, thighs, arms, and abs. Hope you get it! |
