Ht. 5'3", Wt. 154 - So far today I have eaten one bowl of Frosted Mini-Wheats with a half of a cut up banana in it and a Soup and Salad combo from El Pollo Loco with a Diet Coke and a splash of Strawberry Fanta in it. I am about to do BYou and Toning 4 Teens. Have you noticed that I have been doing that everyday? I hope this workout regimen gives me good results! Please post what you think!
