Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Hey guys, I want your opinion on my goals. I want to weigh 130 pounds (lose 33 lbs.) or be a size 9 juniors by summer break (June 25, I think). I would lose about 1-3 pounds a week. Does this sound good to you? Oh and I would TRY hard to excersize on the days my dad isn't coming to pick me up (2-4 days a week). I am really overweight and I have been all my life. I have lost weight before but I always gain it back! Plus, after my mom lost the baby weight after she had me she was a, dare I say it, a SMALLER size than I am now! Please help me! Thanks!
