Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 10 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 156 - Hey guys! I just started to eat healthier, not quite a diet yet. BREAKFAST- Bowl of Raisin Bran cereal with a cut-up banana LUNCH- Tostada from the "Healthy" section of a mexican resteraunt cut in half (Steak, cheese, tomato's, lettuce, and dressing) and a few sips of a diet-coke SNACK- 5 "Healthy Handfuls" cookies (they are really small), 1 tater-tot, and a tube of honey roasted peanuts. Plus, I did BYou (40 mins.) and I may do it again. Oh, and if you are a binge eater go on overeatersanonymus.com. I got it from "The Diet For Teenagers Only" where I got this site! |
