Ht. 5'4, Wt. 140 - I am Kelsey and you may not of ever heard of me. I am tall for my age, so that is my only excuse. Give me some information on how to lose weight because I am dying and drowning in my own fat. I cry myself to sleep every night, and I want that to change. So, if you could help me, I'd appreciate it.
