Ht. 5'3", Wt. 157 - Ok I have gained a lot of weight and I need to get on track! Please give me some excersize plans or non-restrictive diet tips. I have MissFit workkout video with hip-hop, yoga and kickboxing, weights, Toning for Teens, a treadmill, and BYou. Please help me, I am so ready!
